Reception: Reduced contact at check-in, touchless transactions, front desk screens, sanitizer stations available at reception, sanitized key-cards, paperless checkout and keycard deposit box. First Aid Kit and necessary equipment available.
Temperature Checking: The door porter will be measuring all visitors’ temperature when they enter the hotel.
Staff Members: Staff members are instructed to follow all safety protocols as directed by the Health Athorities. (eg: face masks/visors at all times, frequent hand washing, frequent hand sanitization).
Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, social distancing, last cleaned charts, best practices for pool and frequent disinfection of pool furniture. Cashless payment available.
Guest Rooms: Visible verification of sanitized items (e.g.: Telephones, Remote Control, Switches), reduction of in-room furnishings/high-touch items, new laundry protocols, discarting of all single use items upon checkout, disinfaction and cleaning of rooms using products which are effective against Coronavirus. Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their room during their stay.
Food & Beverage: New standards and service approach to buffet restaurant, room-service and Pool Bar. Physical distancing at dining areas, Perspex Screens at the buffet area, food and beverages to be served by staff members, contactless room service.
