GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the services provided by the Hotel and are available on the hotel’s website, to allow the customer to make their reservation. All reservations therefore require the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.


RESERVATION
The Customer’s reservation is recorded by the hotel upon receiving deposit. In the absence of payment, the hotel reserves the right to put the reserved services on sale again.  A deposit equivalent to the sum of the 1st night of the stay will be required to secure reservation.
Once a Booking is processed, a provisional reservation is entered into the Hotel’s system and a confirmation e-mail will be sent by the Company to the Client containing all relevant details concerning the reservation.  Total outstanding balance of the full stay should be settled upon arrival.  The reserved rooms are made available to guests from 14:00 hrs onwards on the day of arrival.
The rooms must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. If the rooms are not vacated by this time, this may result in an additional night being charged at the rate in force on that day.


CHILDREN POLICY
The Client acknowledges and agrees that Children older than twelve (12) are charged the standard adult rates for all Services, including accommodation and restaurant services.


MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES
Any request to modify the services in relation to the initial reservation must be made in writing to the hotel.
In the case of modification or partial cancellation received less than 2 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the customer must pay the amount corresponding to the 1st night of their stay.
Modifications can only be made with the consent of the reservations department, and subject to availability on the new date requested.  Additional charges may be applied according to the nature of the modification (changing of the date, number of persons, type of room…).


CANCELLATION
As billing is carried out on the basis of the services reserved, the Customer is kindly asked to take into account the following cancellation policy:  In the case that the cancellation request is received more than 48 hours before the scheduled date of arrival, the customer shall not be charged.

Should the customer fail to arrive (NO SHOW), the amount charged for the 1st night (deposit) will not be refunded.  We recommend that cancellations are requested as soon as possible.


UNAVAILABILITY
In the case that the establishment is unavailable or in the case of force majeure, the establishment reserves the right to fully or partially transferring the guests to a nearby hotel of the same category for services of the same nature. In such circumstances, this cannot be considered as grounds for the payment of compensation.


RATES
The rates are expressed in the currency of the country in which the service is performed (Euros).
The tourist tax (eco contribution) in force on the date on which the service is provided shall be paid upon arrival.
Eco-contribution amounts to €0.50c per person for each night spent capped to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay.
The prices may be modified in the case of a legislative and/or regulatory change likely to result in price variations such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, creation of new taxes, etc.

PAYMENT METHODS
Payment shall be made using a Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard or American Express card via our secure website.
Deposit shall be deducted from the final bill (balance), subject to the possible application of cancellation fees.
Possible extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the prices must be paid directly at the hotel upon checkout at the latest.


ECO TAX
The quoted rate excludes Eco Tax of EUR0.50 per person (18 years and over)
*This will not exceed the threshold of EUR5.00 per stay as from 1st June 2016.


IDENTIFICATION
Guests are required to present upon check-in valid photo identification and a credit card for any incidental charges.


FRAUD
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a reservation if it appears, in our sole discretion, that a guest has engaged in fraudulent, illegal or other inappropriate activity or the reservation contains or results from fraud, mistake or error.
